Paje Square is a CPS Africa mixed-use scheme in Paje village: seven four-storey hybrid-timber blocks with 203 furnished holiday apartments above about 50 shops around a piazza, targeting EDGE Advanced certification. Online sales opened on 14 May 2025 via Launchbase and the developer said more than 50 of the 81 first-phase units sold in two days (The Citizen, 19 May 2025). A September 2025 advertisement promised groundbreaking that October, yet the project FAQ on 31 October 2026 still says construction will begin in Q2 2026 with completion in Q4 2028, and no source confirms a start.

Its construction log records foundations complete in March 2026 and second-floor structure in progress in September 2026. The advertised 14 to 16% return is a developer projection.

The developer's group site now states it is fully built and sold out, with apartments let short and long term as 'Soul Paje Managed by TOC' (thesoul.africa, 31 Oct 2026). Valor Hospitality announced in September 2024 that it would manage the property and rental scheme from that month with 264 apartments 'almost sold out'. It is listed here as the completed reference point for CPS's two live projects.
