The Soul Paje is a CPS Africa residential resort of roughly 240 to 266 one- to three-bedroom apartments around a man-made lagoon in Paje's hinterland, which CPS describes as Zanzibar's first condominium project and the model for The Soul Fumba (cps.africa, 13 Jun 2022; Paje Square FAQ). The developer's group site now states it is fully built and sold out, with apartments let short and long term as 'Soul Paje Managed by TOC' (thesoul.africa, 31 Oct 2026). Valor Hospitality announced in September 2024 that it would manage the property and rental scheme from that month with 264 apartments 'almost sold out'. It is listed here as the completed reference point for CPS's two live projects.

CPS listing pages for this project state units were sold off-plan and unfurnished, with a $2,000 reservation, 25% plus a 5% facilitation fee at signing, then construction milestones to handover; an annual Town Operations fee covers security, land lease, waste and common areas. No lease length, ZIPA status or residence-permit terms are published for this project.
