Azure Michamvi is an all-villa resort residence on the Michamvi peninsula by Azure United Properties: 93 garden, beachfront and overwater villas, 16 of them over the water, sold with a mandatory rental pool and up to 14 owner nights a year (azuremichamvi.com, 31 Oct 2026). Daily News reported it in June 2024 as a 54-villa, $10m Village Group project due early 2025; it was relaunched with Kerten Hospitality as The House Residence Azure Zanzibar in May 2025 with handover targeted for Q4 2026. The developer's current targets are villas in Q4 2027 and hotel opening in Q1 2028, and its pages no longer name an operator.

Lease length, ZIPA status, residence permit and payment plan are not published for this project.
