Anantara Zanzibar Resort & Residences is an Infinity Developments project on the north coast, signed with Minor Hotels on 5 March 2024 as a 181-key new build of suites, pool villas, apartments and penthouses opening in 2027 (Minor Hotels release). The developer puts gross development value above $150m and markets the residences without publishing prices; its construction page records project commencement on 1 April 2026 and a June 2026 post says milestones are on schedule. Key counts conflict across sources: 181 per Minor Hotels, 110 hotel rooms plus 94 residences for sale per The Citizen (5 Sep 2024), and 229 on Anantara's own site.
