The Soul Fumba is a CPS Africa holiday-apartment resort inside Fumba Town, built in engineered timber around an 80 m man-made lagoon and modelled on the developer's sold-out The Soul Paje. The developer says the first sales batch sold out, a second batch is on sale from $139,900, and two of eight buildings were erected by September 2026, with the first apartments targeted for end 2026, the lagoon for mid 2027 and the full resort for 2028 (fumba.town, 15 Sep 2026). Unit totals conflict: 220 apartments in eight buildings per the developer's newspaper, 236 across three phases per the project FAQ, plus a planned tower of 26 or 45 apartments by 2030.

Buying as a foreigner

Per the project FAQ (updated February 2026): 100% foreign ownership through a 99-year leasehold title for a single-unit purchase of at least $100,000; ZIPA-registered development; resident permit for the buyer, spouse and up to four children while the property is owned, renewed every two years; six construction-linked instalments starting with 25% plus a 5% facilitation fee at signing and ending with 5% at handover; VAT 15% included in the advertised price.
