MBEYA: The Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA), through the VETA Regional College in Mbeya in collaboration with the Prison Service in the region, has begun the process of identifying, assessing and formalizing vocational skills for 100 prisoners who acquired skills while serving their sentences.
