DAR ES SALAAM: The Muhimbili Orthopaedic Institute (MOI) has begun using advanced technology to provide specialized surgical treatment for stroke patients, increasing treatment effectiveness. The Director of MOI's Brain Surgery, Dr Lemeri Mchome, has said the technology is of the highest quality.
