DAR ES SALAAM; East Africa's first modern environmental sanitation project for waste treatment has reached 88 percent completion, and is expected to benefit approximately 11,000 households in Kinondoni District. The project, located in the Mbezi Beach area, is being implemented by the Environmental Health and Sanitation Authority.
